Our Programs
At DECORUM , we help girls grow into confident, respectful, and classy young women
Decorum offers two program options: a 4-week etiquette course and a more comprehensive 10-week etiquette program, each featuring a different curriculum focus every week. Sessions are followed by engaging, hands-on activities that allow participants to practice and apply what they’ve learned in real-life scenarios.
The Decorum Course offer structured, interactive experiences designed to develop confident, respectful, and socially aware young ladies. The course concludes with a certificate of completion awarded at High Tea brunch ceremony.
The Decorum Etiquette Program offers a comprehensive experience that combines etiquette training, self-presentation skills, effective communication, and character development. Participants build confidence and develop a strong sense of self-respect in both social and academic settings. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate of completion. The program concludes in a formal dinning experience; The Decorum Dinner, where the young ladies will have an opportunity to demonstrate their skills in a refined and celebratory setting.
Decorum Doll (ages 7-11)
The Decorum Doll program is designed for girls ages 7–11—a pivotal stage in their development. During these years, they begin to shape the skills, values, and self- awareness that will guide them into adulthood. This program teaches young girls in a fun and engaging way to display basic etiquette. By building a strong foundation early, we aim to instill self-worth, confidence, and emotional intelligence. Through interactive activities and exciting lessons, girls will learn to carry themselves with poise, sophistication, and respectful behavior.
Decorum Deb (ages12-17)
The Decorum Doll Program is designed for girls ages 12–17, equipping the next generation of young ladies to stand out rather than blend in. Through engaging, real-life lessons, participants learn how to carry themselves with confidence, embrace their individuality, and not to conform to the pressures of society or negative cultural influences. At Decorum, being classy is always in style—and we’re preparing young ladies to transition into adulthood with strength, class, and self-worth.
e-Works Online Mentoring
DECORUM’s e-Works Online Mentoring program is a virtual team-based mentoring experience where adult mentors are matched with middle school youth in small online classrooms. Mentors guide students through an interactive curriculum focused on social-emotional learning, leadership development, and personal growth while meeting weekly through video conferencing.
