By enrolling your child in D.E.C.O.R.U.M., you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before completing the registration process.
COMPANY STATEMENT
DECORUM is a faith-rooted etiquette and character development experience for girls ages 7–17, designed to cultivate dignity, self-respect, and inner confidence.
PROGRAM AND COURSE AVAILABILITY
DECORUM reserves the right to modify the assortment of their etiquette courses and other programs and sessions including dates, times, availabilities, and prices. DECORUM also reserves the right to inform the consumer about these modifications.
In the case of prolonged unavailability of a class, DECORUM will propose an equivalent substitute course or full reimbursement of the original course.
PROGRAM AND COURSE RULES AND REGULATIONS
The DECORUM etiquette programs and course schedules are planned in advance. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If unable to attend, parents or guardians must inform administration in advance. Participants must conduct themselves respectfully and follow staff instructions.
Bullying, harassment, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Participants are required to wear appropriate Decorum attire and bring necessary supplies as specified in program guidelines.
PRICING
Prices are effective at the time of registration by the course participant.
PAYMENT
All course fees must be received before the course starts. Participants must complete the registration form, liability waiver, and payment submission.
Accepted payment methods include credit or debit cards and online payment platforms. Payments must be made no later than one week prior to the course.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Medical Information: Parents or guardians must provide complete and accurate medical details including allergies, medications, and pre-existing conditions.
Emergency Procedures: Staff will administer first aid and contact emergency services if necessary. Parents or guardians will be notified immediately.
Insurance: Decorum does not provide health insurance. Parents or guardians are responsible for coverage, and Decorum is not responsible for any insurance claims.
LIABILITY
Assumption of Risk: Participation involves inherent risks, and parents or guardians accept these risks on behalf of their child.
Limitation of Liability: Parents or guardians agree to release and hold harmless Decorum, its owners, directors, instructors, employees, volunteers, agents, affiliates, and facility providers from any and all claims including injuries, damages, losses, accidents, or negligence-related claims.
Each participant assumes their own risk for personal injury or loss of property during the course.
PRIVACY
We do not sell or share your information. Personal information is collected for safety, enrollment, and program administration purposes and is kept confidential. It will not be shared with third parties without consent.
By registering, parents or guardians agree to receive program-related communication.
PROGRAM AND COURSE CANCELLATION
No refunds will be provided for missed instruction days.
DECORUM reserves the right to modify or cancel courses at any time. If a course is canceled, a refund of course fees will be issued or a transfer to another program will be offered where possible.
Special events such as outings, field trips, dinners, and banquets are non-refundable. Deposits are refundable only if cancellations are made at least two weeks prior to the event.
For group sessions of two days or less, cancellations made four weeks or more in advance will receive a 70% refund, while cancellations made less than four weeks before the start date will not be refunded.
For group sessions of three days or more, cancellations made four weeks or more in advance will receive a 70% refund, while cancellations made less than four weeks before the start date will not be refunded.
DECORUM reserves the right to refuse admission or dismiss any participant due to poor behavior or unsatisfactory attendance. No refunds will be issued for remaining sessions, and behavior is evaluated at the discretion of the instructor.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@decorumclass.com.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETAIL PRODUCTS
There are no refunds for retail purchases. Shipping, handling, customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
MIS-SHIPS, MISSING, OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Any issues must be reported within three business days of delivery. DECORUM reserves the right to refuse replacement or refund if notification is not received within this timeframe.
DECORUM does not guarantee the effectiveness of any products and is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from their use.

The terms “Decorum”, “we”, and “us” refer to the owner of the website. The terms “you”, “client”, “participant”, “attendee”, and “consumer” refer to the user.
