The Decorum Etiquette Program is committed to providing a secure and transparent payment process. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for payments made by credit card and debit card for our programs, courses, events, and services.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

- Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo
All payments must be made in full or according to an approved payment plan prior to the start of the program unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Authorization

- Authorize Decorum to charge the total amount due

For installment plans:
- You authorize recurring charges on scheduled dates until the balance is paid in full

- Installment payments will be charged automatically on agreed-upon dates
- Payments must be successfully processed prior to participation in Decorum programs or events
Failure to complete payment may result in:
- Denial of program access
- Removal from Decorum programs
- Cancellation of registration
Declined or Failed Payments
If a credit or debit card transaction is declined:
- We will notify you using the contact information provided
- You are responsible for updating payment information promptly
- Continued failure to process payment may result in cancellation of enrollment
We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for returned or failed payments, if applicable.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement:
- Registration fees may be non-refundable
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing
- Refund eligibility may depend on the timing of cancellation
- No refunds will be issued for missed programs, courses, or partial attendance
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate suspension from the program
- Additional administrative review
- Denial of future enrollment
We reserve the right to provide:
- Enrollment records
- Attendance records
- Signed agreements
- Communication history
to financial institutions in the event of a dispute.
Pricing & Changes
All program fees are listed on our website or registration materials and are subject to change without notice.
- Once registration is confirmed and payment is processed, the agreed price will not change for that enrollment period
Security of Payment Information
We use secure, encrypted payment processing systems.
- Decorum does not store full credit or debit card numbers on its servers
- All transactions are processed through secure third-party providers that comply with industry security standards
Taxes
- Applicable sales taxes or service fees will be added where required by law
