Mentorship That Builds Character and Confidence

We’re thrilled that you’re interested in becoming a DECORUM mentor. Our mission is to empower and inspire young girls ages 7–17 through meaningful mentorship and intentional guidance. At DECORUM we believe that every young lady should be taught to carry herself with confidence, communicate with respect, move with purpose, and honor both herself and others. As a DECORUM mentor, you are entrusted with the responsibility of teaching and modeling etiquette—because etiquette is far more than popularity. Proper etiquette teaches discipline, standards, dignity in a world that increasingly dismisses all three. Through etiquette training rooted in faith and purpose, mentors help girls go against the grain and stand boldly in God’s calling for their lives, even when culture pulls them in the opposite direction. We teach our mentees that it is not only acceptable, but honorable, to live differently—to speak well, dress modestly, act thoughtfully, and hold oneself to a higher standard.
